Gunn Seawell started teaching ballroom dancing lessons at Arthur Murray Studios in Trenton, New Jersey. She later owned an Arthur Murray studio in Philadelphia, PA with 15 teachers and over 200 students. Field trips included visits to New York City to see the live broadcast of the Arthur Murray Show, meeting Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Murray during the taping.

One of Gunn's most famous students was Dick Clark from American Bandstand, whom she assisted in preparation for a television dance competition.

Gunn moved to Orlando in 1966 and began teaching ballroom dancing classes in Central Florida. She is certified by National Dance Teachers of America (NDTA). Gunn inspires both novices and more experienced dancers to become the best they can be, while teaching in a casual, supportive way. Gunn makes dancing FUN!
